A RAW file is significantly bigger than a JPEG file.

3. Can you change a Raw file to a Jpeg, once your photos are the computer? How?

Yes you can put it into photo shop and export it as a JPEG or PNG.

4. If you were shooting an important event would you shoot it RAW or Jpeg? Explain.

I would shoot in JPEG because I could take many pictures without having to change cards.
